Amanda Kitchen - Attorney

Amanda Kitchen is our newest addition to Hoff Curtis. Amanda started her career in a boutique firm in Barre, Vermont. During her time there, she has successfully tried multiple felonies and misdemeanors. Additionally, Amanda has worked with judges and state’s attorneys to develop new programs that create an alternative to incarceration. In 2017 she launched the Behavioral Health Accountability Program which supports and addresses the mental health needs of individuals who have been charged with criminal offenses. She has participated in several national trainings on Problem Solving Courts such as the Adult Drug Treatment Program. Her background in this field of law has served to solidify her commitment and passion to assist her clients in navigating the legal system and reaching the best possible outcome.

Amanda has represented multiple clients in a variety of family court matters

Amanda areas of practice include criminal defense, family law, and she is an expert in the emerging field of cannabis law. Each type of case and client has unique characteristics and Amanda dedicates herself to the matter at hand, whether it is a petit larceny, divorce, or civil suit. Amanda zealously represents her clients and will help you to get through each phase of the legal process to achieve your personal goals.

Amanda lives with her family in Montpelier, Vermont. In her spare time, she restores vintage campers and plays left field on her local softball team.
