Hoff Curtis is one of the few law firms in Vermont that represents labor unions. Firm attorneys have represented unions and employees in organizing campaigns, elections, grievance proceedings and unfair labor practice proceedings before arbitrators, the Vermont Labor Relations Board, the National Labor Relations Board, and in the state and federal court.
