Civil Litigation

Civil litigation is a challenging and diverse area of the law since every case, client and situation is unique. Our attorneys confer with clients to map out the most advantageous goal-oriented solutions to their case needs, either through litigation or alternative means, like mediation. We represent clients in complex disputes and help them manage litigation risks. We utilize case management and litigation support software that allows us to communicate and share information with our clients while efficiently moving their cases to resolution.

With a civil litigation team that includes former judicial law clerks and a former assistant United States Attorney, Hoff Curtis is poised to assist our clients with all aspects of litigation: investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement and appeal.
