Our firm is always prepared to assist out of state counsel practice before Vermont's state and federal courts through pro hac vice admission and affiliation. Admission to state court is through motion by a member of the bar pursuant to Vt. R. Civ. P. 79.1. Out of state attorneys must also file an attorney licensing statement form with a fee. Admission to federal district court is by motion by a member of the bar pursuant to Local Rule 83.2.
Our firm is technology friendly and able to work with out of state counsel by transmitting documents electronically in various formats. Our lawyers are also versed in electronic filing through the U.S. Bankruptcy Court's CM/ECF site and the U.S. District Court's RACER/PACER system.
